기타바 1세대(2010-2011) 몇몇 제품에서 빈번한 기타줄 끊어짐 현상이 보고된바 있습니다. 이문제를 가지고계신 고객분들은 기타바의 검사를 위해 저희에게 연락바랍니다. 

보내시기전에 도움이될만한 간단한 방법을 알려드립니다. 우선 문제를 일으키는 기타줄의 구멍상태를 확인해보세요. 

예를들어 기타줄이 구멍안에서 좌우로 잘 움직이는지를 확인해보세요. 구멍중간에 이물질로 나무결이 일어났거나 오랜사용으로 면이 거칠어져 있으면 줄이 끊어질수 있습니다. 만약 새줄을 갈고 한달내에 줄이 끊어지면 문제가 있다고 판단됩니다. 

6번선같은 결이 있는 선으로 구멍내부의 면을 가볍게 갈아주시면 해결이 될수있습니다.  

There have been reports of some 1st generation guitarbars(2010-2011) with frequent string breaks. 

Please contact us for an inspection of your guitarbar.

Before bringing your guitarbar in for inspection, we would like to suggest a convenient procedure that might fix your problem.

First, please check the string hole for any imperfections that may provoke friction between the string and the inner wooden surface(for instance, rough finish, wooden bumps, etc.) 

Then, file down the rough inner surface of the string hole with a flexible file or with a 6 E-string.
